Pentingnya Memperhatikan Job Requirements

Ada satu alasan kenapa saya hampir tidak pernah menggunakan metode memasang iklan lowongan kerja melalui situs-situs populer semacam JobsDB ataupun Jobstreet untuk mencari kandidat yang tepat bagi perusahaan yang menjadi klien saya.

Bukan karena biayanya yang mahal, karena boleh dibilang biaya memasang iklan melalui situs-situs tersebut jelas jauh lebih murah dibandingkan memasang iklan di media cetak nasional (misalnya: Kompas), dan bukan juga dikarenakan minimnya respon dari para job seekers yang berminat untuk melamar.

Alasan yang membuat saya agak malas beriklan melalui internet sebenarnya cukup sederhana…
